I think it is a big waste of space all because of it will not only just waste space it will waste not the goverments money it will waste our money the tax payers and plus it will eventually get all dirty and then we will have to pay even more! and last of all what if it gets vandalised or falls what a waste of space!!
They could put a lounge in it with a spiral staircaseup the leg and make it so you can see out the eyes. It could be a great view and it would put it to use. Yours Sincerely Animal Adam
I don't like it! If they are going to choose a piece of art as a landmark it should be original like the Angel of the North is. I find this too realistic and just a bit scary!! Mrs B x
i agree with mrs b too - ugly and a bit scary... do something wild and different... ages ago there was talk of a sky bridge sculpture over the A42 near ashby... i wonder what happened to that? What would you build and where??
i do not like it at all its just sanding motonless in the middle of a field. you could build somthing useful on that field like a farm . sothing that everone can enjoy!
